The references to Fury and the Skrulls may suggest she will be part of Secret Invasion, an upcoming Disney+ series announced alongside numerous other Marvel shows last year that is set to see Fury investigating an infiltration of the shape-shifting Skrulls on the Earth alongside Talos (Ben Mendelsohn).
This means that Monica be joining Fury in one or two upcoming Marvel projects. Though Monica did not have that much to do in the WandaVision series finale except rip a necklace off of Evan Peters, she did get a credits scene of her own which seems to confirm her taking part in another Disney+ Marvel show and movie.

WandaVision viewers may not have got the huge MCU Phase 4 set up they wanted from the series finale on Disney+, but they did get two post-credits scenes that did hint at what is next for both Wanda Maximoff (played by Elizabeth Olsen) and Monica Rambeau (Teyonah Parris), setting up their appearance in two upcoming Marvel movies and/or TV shows.
